Job Description:

Salary: $48-50,000/year

This position serves Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden and Jefferson Counties and requires some travel.

Scope of Position: Support and improve program operations, data capture, customer flow and report writing and generating capabilities. Oversee performance numbers for each program’s prescribed performance goals provided by CareerSource Capital Region.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with staff to ensure customer flow, service delivery and data management are efficient and effective

  • Train and support Quality Control Coordinator and ensure cross training is completed

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the maintenance of filing, record keeping, distribution of materials and other types of office/program systems

  • Evaluate and standardize office procedures and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues

  • Respond in a timely manner to requests from the CSCR on issues related to billing and performance tracking

  • Provide regular status reports and other requested data for the Manager and EDSI administrative staff

  • Present data and reports to leadership in a clear and effective manner, using graphs, tables, and other methods

  • Ensure data entered on the required systems is current, accurate, and timely

  • Retrieve and organize critical operations reports

  • Create customer lists to support teams in focusing their efforts

  • Based on analysis, determine where improvements can be made to Center operations

  • Assist with staffing logistics

  • Implement and adhere to the Quality Assurance System

  • Provide research and support for critical team decisions

  • Track, report, and ensure compliance with procedures and ISO auditing

  • Other opportunities as available

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Data analysis experience

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Previous experience with invoicing and billing

  • Regional travel is required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Florida Workforce Professional Certification Tier I required (must be completed within 30 days of employment)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related area preferred
