Job Purpose:

The Performance & Incentive Analyst will own the end\-to\-end performance incentive \ngovernance framework across the organization. This role is responsible for designing and \nadministering KRAs, coordinating monthly self\-appraisals, validating reported performance, \ncomputing incentive payouts, and delivering accurate, audit\-ready performance reporting. \nThe role will also catalyze process transformation, leveraging Power BI and automation to \nevolve the performance management process into a scalable, system\-driven (XOS\-based) \nmodel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Framework & KRA Design
<\/b><\/div>
<\/b><\/div>
● Partner with leadership, HR, and functional heads to design and refine KRAs, KPIs, and \nincentive metrics aligned to business objectives.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Ensure KRAs are measurable, objective, time\-bound, and incentive\-ready.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Maintain standardized KRA libraries, scoring methodologies, and weightage logic across \nroles and functions.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
2. Monthly Performance Cycle Management<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Own the monthly performance cycle, including:
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Distribution of KRAs and scorecards to employees.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Coordination and follow\-ups for timely self\-appraisal submissions.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Tracking completion, exceptions, and escalations.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Serve as the central control owner, ensuring cycle discipline and governance.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
3. Performance Validation & Incentive Computation<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Validate employee\-reported inputs against:
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Defined KRAs
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Supporting evidence/proof points
<\/div>
<\/div>
● System\-generated data (where applicable)
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Identify inconsistencies, overreporting, or data gaps and resolve them in collaboration \nwith stakeholders.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Compute monthly/quarterly performance incentive payouts accurately and transparently.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Prepare incentive summaries for Finance and HR sign\-off.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
4. Reporting, Dashboards & Management Insights<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Prepare performance incentive reports, scorecards, and leadership dashboards.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Deliver insights on:
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Performance distribution
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Achievement vs targets
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Incentive leakage or anomalies
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Support management reviews with clear, data\-backed narratives.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
5. Automation & XOS Transformation<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Lead the automation and digitization of the performance management lifecycle.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Design Power BI dashboards for:
<\/div>
<\/div>
● KRA tracking
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Incentive calculations
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Trend analysis
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Partner with systems/IT teams to transition the process into an XOS\-based or \nworkflow\-driven model.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Reduce manual intervention, improve auditability, and enhance scalability.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
6. Governance, Controls & Documentation<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Maintain audit\-ready documentation for:
<\/div>
<\/div>
● KRAs
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Validation logic
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Incentive calculations
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Define SOPs, control checks, and exception handling mechanisms.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Support internal reviews, audits, and leadership queries related to incentives and \nperformance data.
<\/div>

<\/div>
Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/b><\/div>
<\/b><\/div>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, HR, or a related field.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● 4\-5 years of experience in:
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Performance management
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Incentive validation
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ MIS / analytics roles
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Strong hands\-on experience with:
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Performance scorecards
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ KPI/KRA frameworks
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Incentive calculations
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Power BI experience strongly preferred.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Exposure to automation tools, workflow systems, or analytics platforms is a plus.

● Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query; macros a plus).
