Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating, analysing, and optimising Google Ads performance marketing campaigns — primarily Paid Search and YouTube — for the Brazil market, with opportunities across upcoming markets. You will be part of a multicultural team with excellent knowledge of paid channels, martech tools, and the gambling and sports industry across multiple markets.

What the role involves

  • Create, analyse, and optimise Google Ads performance marketing campaigns (primarily Paid Search and YouTube) for the Brazil market and upcoming markets, to meet business objectives
  • Monitor Google Ads budget and performance, evaluating, proposing, and implementing the most suitable optimisations to meet marketing objectives
  • Identify opportunities for customer acquisition growth, including SEM targets for visibility, traffic, acquisition, and efficiency
  • Conduct thorough competitor research and analysis, covering strategies, market positioning, product offerings, and customer feedback to help refine business strategies
  • Ensure best practices are followed for Search account structure, campaign setup, and optimisation, whilst maximising performance from YouTube campaigns
  • Run A/B tests (ad copy, bidding strategies, etc.) and make data-driven decisions based on results
  • Work closely with other departments to brief opportunities, promotions, and landing page setups to align with PPC and business goals
  • Collaborate with other acquisition channels and internal teams to ensure knowledge sharing and achievement of business objectives
  • Access multiple learning resources and opportunities, including dedicated workshops, local and global conferences, Google LCS support, courses, and e-learning platforms

What we are looking for

  • 2–3 years minimum experience running and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads, whether in an agency or in-house setting
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to fine-tune campaigns, ensuring efficient performance and growth
  • Solid understanding of conversion funnels and Google Ads best practices
  • Experience maximising Smart Bidding campaigns using Google's optimisation techniques
  • Ability to create reports and analyses to track key business KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Proactive approach to researching new growth opportunities for Google Search
  • Comfortable working in a small team whilst contributing to a large-scale organisation
  • Open to business travel
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience in the iGaming industry, or a sports enthusiast with a strong understanding of the market (ideally iGaming, Gambling, Sports Betting, or e-commerce)
  • Experience managing Google Ads performance campaigns for large clients, driving measurable results
  • Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification
  • Strong knowledge of Excel formulas and analytics tools
  • Experience with UAC, Looker Studio, Optimizely, Google Analytics, or Tableau
