The Performance Marketing Manager role is designed for a highly strategic, growth\-driven marketer with deep expertise in scaling eCommerce and D2C brands. ● Build quarterly/annual growth roadmaps, aligning on budgets, funnels, and scaling milestones.<\/span>

● Oversee and guide the execution of high\-budget campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Paid Social.<\/span>

● Conduct deep performance audits to identify bottlenecks and implement optimization frameworks.<\/span>

● Lead large\-scale A/B testing across creatives, placements, audiences, and landing pages.<\/span>

● Lead performance review calls, present insights, set expectations, and drive decision\-making.<\/span>

● Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, especially Search + Shopping + Paid Social.<\/span>

● Proven experience in scaling D2C brands from early\-stage to multi\-crore monthly revenue.<\/span>
