  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, product launches, and co-marketing programs while developing creative assets and campaign strategies.
  • Monitor tracking integrity, attribution, fraud prevention, compliance requirements, and affiliate platform operations to ensure accurate measurement and brand safety.
  • Develop forecasting models, operational processes, and strategic roadmaps that support program scalability and long-term channel growth.
  • Present performance insights, recommendations, and strategic initiatives to senior stakeholders using clear, data-driven reporting.
  • Requirements

    • Proven expertise with affiliate management platforms such as TUNE/HasOffers, Everflow, Cake, or comparable technologies.
    • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
    • Solid understanding of attribution models, tracking methodologies, conversion measurement, incrementality testing, and affiliate optimization strategies.
    • Experience collaborating across multiple paid acquisition channels, including SEM, Paid Social, and Display advertising.
    • Demonstrated success growing affiliate programs through partner recruitment, relationship management, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex performance data into actionable business recommendations.
    • Experience with SQL, financial services, fintech, regulated industries, or affiliate compliance best practices is considered an asset.
