Performance Marketing Manager

In this role, you will own and scale affiliate and strategic partnership performance marketing initiatives within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of partner relationships, from acquisition and onboarding to ongoing optimization and performance analysis. Acting at the intersection of marketing analytics and partner management, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that directly influence growth outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional paid media teams to ensure cohesive budget allocation and channel synergy across SEM, Paid Social, and Display. The role requires strong commercial instincts, analytical depth, and the ability to build trusted relationships with external partners. You will also contribute to forecasting, strategic planning, and senior leadership reporting. This position offers high visibility and direct impact on revenue-driving initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and optimize affiliate and partnership marketing programs across acquisition, engagement, and revenue performance
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking key KPIs such as CPA, ROI, conversions, and traffic quality
  • Manage relationships with affiliate partners, including publishers, networks, and strategic collaborators
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new partners while negotiating commission structures and promotional agreements
  • Design and execute co-marketing and promotional campaigns to drive incremental growth and conversions
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to align channel strategy and support integrated budget allocation
  • Oversee tracking, attribution, fraud monitoring, and compliance to ensure data integrity and brand safety
  • Contribute to forecasting models, annual planning, and executive-level performance reporting
  • Requirements:

    • 3–6 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing in digital, e-commerce, or fintech environments
    • Experience using affiliate platforms such as TUNE, HasOffers, Cake, Everflow, or similar tools
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
    • Understanding of cross-channel paid media including SEM, Paid Social, and Display
    • Knowledge of attribution models, tracking systems, and incrementality measurement
    • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Experience with SQL, regulated industries, or affiliate compliance is a plus
    • Strong relationship-building skills and a performance-driven mindset
