Performance Marketing Manager
You will own paid acquisition across Google Search and YouTube Meta LinkedIn and emerging channels You will drive signups activations and pipeline You will manage multi million dollar annual spend and optimize ROAS and CAC You will build AI driven workflows and scale creative production You will test and iterate on creative and audience segments using AI to generate variants quickly You will own measurement and attribution including event tracking pixels and conversion APIs to ensure data stays clean You will deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to leadership You will collaborate cross functionally with Product Marketing Lifecycle Creative Data and Marketing Operations to align on targeting and messaging.
Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition end to end across Google Search YouTube Meta LinkedIn and emerging channels and drive signups activations and pipeline.
- Manage multi million dollar annual paid media spend and beat ROAS and CAC targets while lowering CAC over time.
- Build AI driven agents automations and AI assisted workflows that compress campaign turnaround and scale creative production.
- Test creative and audience segments and AI generated variants to identify winning approaches at high velocity.
- Measure and attribute performance by building funnel reports and cohort analyses and own event based tracking pixels and conversion APIs to keep data clean.
- Report performance regularly and surface actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Align cross functionally with Product Marketing Demand Generation Lifecycle Creative and Marketing Operations on targeting messaging and down funnel conversion.
Requirements
- 5+ years running and scaling paid performance campaigns at high growth B2B SaaS developer tools or consumer tech companies.
- Demonstrated AI native habits with experience building agents automations or workflows.
- Hands on expertise with Meta Ads Google Search YouTube and LinkedIn Ads with TikTok Ads or programmatic as a bonus.
- Track record managing 1M to 5M plus in annual paid media budgets and beating ROAS and CAC goals.
- Fluency in data and analytics and storytelling with campaign data and testing and evaluating audience performance.
- Strong copywriting instincts and taste in performance creative and ability to scale taste with AI.
- Clear written and verbal communication that lands with both technical developers and enterprise buyers.
- Bias for action and willingness to ship.
