We run paid, performance\-driven demand generation for a B2B Cloud business. The incumbent will \nown the budget, channel mix, and CAC outcome across Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and \nfield/event channels and will be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through \nperformance marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

<\/div>
\u2022 Full ownership of paid digital spend (Google, Social, Programmatic, EDMs), including CAC and ROAS \noutcomes.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Drive channel mix decisions based on cost\-per\-SQL and cost\-per\-won\-deal metrics.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Coordinate with Product and Technology teams to translate roadmap into campaign messaging.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Align marketing spend and pacing with Sales pipeline targets and business priorities.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Manage agencies, influencers, and channel partners against defined KPIs. \n
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Partner with Content teams to drive funnel\-based marketing initiatives.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Identify and optimize funnel leakages across CTR, CVR, lead quality, and attribution.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Support event\-driven pipeline generation activities.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\n\u2022 Own CRM hygiene and lifecycle optimization as a core responsibility.

\n\u2022 Participate in scenario\-based assignments and business reviews as required.
