Performance Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Media Specialist with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in performance-focused environments, with a strong command of media buying strategies, campaign optimization, and campaign ads structure. A proven track record of achieving exceptional ROAS is essential. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with strategic insight to scale campaigns efficiently and deliver measurable business results.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Media Plans: Create and execute comprehensive digital media strategies focused on achieving high ROAS and meeting client objectives.
  • Optimize Campaign Performance: Setting, optimize, and analyze metrics such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates to evaluate and enhance campaign effectiveness.


Other Hands-On Skills:

  • Optimize lower-funnel campaigns, including lead generation, web conversions, and CPAS.
  • Ideate and execute ad creatives tailored to performance objectives.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and audience targeting for maximum efficiency.
  • Client Collaboration: Conduct biweekly meetings with clients to discuss campaign performance, provide strategic recommendations, and address client feedback.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports with detailed insights, actionable recommendations, and a clear narrative on ROI and campaign success.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges and deliver strategic solutions to improve campaign results.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams including strategists, creative teams, and social media designers to align marketing efforts with client goals.
  • Client Engagement: Build trust and ensure satisfaction by delivering actionable insights and consistent communication.
  • Stay Current: Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirement:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a digital marketing agency or a related field.
  • Highly-expert with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and marketing tools: Conversion API, Conversion campaign, ROAS-based optimization.
  • Proven track record in managing performance-driven campaigns with measurable success.
  • Ability to interpret data, adjust strategies, and achieve campaign KPIs.
  • Communication and collaboration abilities, especially in client-facing roles.
  • Project management skills, capable of balancing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strategic planning and execution skills, with a focus on aligning campaigns with business goals.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Passionate about continuous learning, open to new ideas, and curious about industry innovations.
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., Meta, Google Ads) are a plus.
