Perm Accounts Assistant/Executive (Central, Office Hours) #BLM
Jobs Responsibilities
• Process daily finance operations including GIRO collections, PayNow, AXS, telegraphic transfer receipts, and payment processing.
• Handle hire purchase and leasing drawdowns, eGIRO payments, and support fixed asset disposal activities for the leasing fleet.
• Prepare and generate monthly customer invoices while ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Perform accounting and reconciliation duties including GL coding, cash flow monitoring, and cash book reconciliations.
• Provide customer and administrative support by handling enquiries, preparing audit confirmation letters, maintaining documentation, and assisting with ad hoc accounting tasks.
Job Requirements
- Min. 3 years of accounts experience
