Perm | Education Coding Centre Manager | Central/West | Up to $4500 #NKA

Location: Bukit Panjang / Novena / Lentor

Working Hours: Wed - Sun, 9am - 6pm (weekend work is required, PH off)

Salary: Up to $4500 + quarterly bonuses (VB 1-2 months)

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community
• Share vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community.
• Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in CRM system
• Relationship manager for community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents
