Job Summary

You will represent leading Beauty & Health brands by engaging customers, promoting products, providing product knowledge, and delivering excellent service to meet sales targets and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage them to understand their beauty and health needs
• Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and needs
• Conduct product demonstrations explaining features, benefits, and proper usage
• Drive individual and team sales to meet or exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, visually appealing, and correctly displayed
• Monitor inventory levels and promptly report stock shortages to management
• Support promotional campaigns, roadshows, and in-store events to boost brand visibility
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area to provide a pleasant shopping environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, beauty, healthcare, customer service, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through customer interactions
• Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, and health products
• Positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays
