What you will do :
- Coordinate installation schedules using ServiceTitan
- Support daily install operations across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical
- Manage and process install paperwork, permits, and documentation
- Submit, track, and coordinate permits and inspections with municipalities
- Monitor permit status to support installation timelines
- Act as liaison between company, municipalities, and external partners
- Order equipment and materials for installs and duct replacements
- Schedule pre-install inspections and assist with project coordination
- Register equipment and manage warranty documentation
- Assist with drywall coordination related to installations
- Maintain organized records for permits, licenses, and project files
- Partner with sales, engineering, and operations teams to support project execution
- Provide administrative and operational support across multiple locations
- Stay up to date on permitting requirements and process changes
- Support evenings/weekends as needed based on business demand
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Strong interest in learning installation operations and growing within the trades
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in skilled trades: Plumbing/HVAC systems, equipment, and Service Titan
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Flexibility for after-hours, weekend, and on-call support when needed
