About Me
Hello! I am a male in my 20s with Autism and an Acquired Brain Injury. I am looking for friendly Support Workers to assist me in achieving my NDIS goals. I like to play chess, going to the Gym and I am looking for staff that can support me in these activities. I am living in Hackam West.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living tasks and personal care
Provide manual handling support
Help individuals achieve their goals and maximize their potential
Implement individual support plans and development programs to support goal achievement
Manage risk and ensure safety at all times
Engage in person centred active support
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Shifts
I am looking for someone to support me on a casual basis with the potential to join the team part time in the future. My shifts are generally but not limited to 11am – 2pm and 5:30pm – 10:30pm.
What You’ll Need to Thrive in This Role
NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
A current Driver’s License
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar qualification (we also welcome applicants without qualifications)
