Personal Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and organised Personal Assistant to support a Director on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, proactive, and comfortable working closely with one individual in a dynamic and varied role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Director's personal and professional calendar, appointments, and scheduling
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings
  • Screening and managing calls, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
  • Running personal and business errands as required
  • Accompanying the Director to meetings or appointments when needed
  • Preparing documents, presentation materials, and meeting notes
  • Liaising with external parties, vendors, and service providers on the Director's behalf
  • Handling personal tasks such as making reservations, purchases, and other ad-hoc requests
  • Keeping the Director's personal and work matters organised and on track
  • Handling all matters with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a PA, personal support, or administrative role
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle sensitive and personal matters professionally
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Able to commit to a 6-day work week
  • Candidate who is able to drive will be an added advantage

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Working Hours: 6 days per week
