Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support for both business and personal matters of the employer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the employer's daily schedule, appointments and meetings.
  • Handle personal and business-related errands and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itinerary planning.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors and other stakeholders on behalf of the employer.
  • Accompany the employer to meetings and appointments when required.
  • Drive the employer safely and responsibly to various destinations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence.
  • Comfortable driving the employer as part of daily duties.
  • Willing and able to travel overseas for work when required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discreet, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexible with working hours and able to accommodate occasional overtime when necessary.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate comfortably with Mandarin-speaking employer.
