Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support for both business and personal matters of the employer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the employer's daily schedule, appointments and meetings.
- Handle personal and business-related errands and administrative tasks.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itinerary planning.
- Liaise with clients, vendors and other stakeholders on behalf of the employer.
- Accompany the employer to meetings and appointments when required.
- Drive the employer safely and responsibly to various destinations.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence.
- Comfortable driving the employer as part of daily duties.
- Willing and able to travel overseas for work when required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discreet, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible with working hours and able to accommodate occasional overtime when necessary.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate comfortably with Mandarin-speaking employer.
