Personal Assistant
We are seeking a reliable, well-organized officeadministrative professional to manage administrative tasks and provide personalassistance to the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support corporate administrative duties, including document filing, processing, meeting scheduling, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and related tasks.
- Arrange travel logistics, including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, and occasional accompanying trips.
- Assist with personal and family-related tasks assigned by the Director, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in Mandarin, with the ability tocommunicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and stakeholders inmeetings, emails, and documentation.
2. Adaptable to a flexible work schedule.
3. At least 1 year of working experience as a personalassistant.
