Personal Assistant Cum Admin

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Private Assistant & Admin to provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to our senior management team. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and strong bilingual communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate senior management's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Handle personal administrative tasks such as expense tracking, bill payments, and document organization

  • Act as a point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials as needed

  • Arrange logistics for business and personal travel (flights, accommodation, visas)

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters

  • Provide ad-hoc personal support (e.g., family arrangements, errands) as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Admin role

  • Prior experience supporting senior management or C-level executives is highly preferred

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written)

  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools

  • Flexible to work outside standard hours when needed

  • Singaporean, PR, or valid work permit holder
