Personal Assistant Cum Admin
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Private Assistant & Admin to provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to our senior management team. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and strong bilingual communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate senior management's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle personal administrative tasks such as expense tracking, bill payments, and document organization
Act as a point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials as needed
Arrange logistics for business and personal travel (flights, accommodation, visas)
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters
Provide ad-hoc personal support (e.g., family arrangements, errands) as required
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Admin role
Prior experience supporting senior management or C-level executives is highly preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
Flexible to work outside standard hours when needed
Singaporean, PR, or valid work permit holder
