Role Overview

We are seeking a highly responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily boss operations and coordination activities.

This role involves hands-on execution of operational tasks across multiple locations, including boss residences, offices, and external service providers. The successful candidate will ensure that all assigned tasks are carried out efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, including the ability to draft business correspondence and communicate effectively with China-based stakeholders and partners.

This is a field-based coordination role rather than a desk-bound administrative position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational and coordination tasks across multiple locations
  • Attend boss residences, offices, and external service locations when required (transport reimbursement provided upon approval)
  • Coordinate and follow through on assigned tasks from initiation to completion
  • Handle administrative documentation, submissions, and operational processes
  • Support scheduling, reminders, and task tracking
  • Liaise professionally with clients, vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines with minimal supervision
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

    Requirements
  • Diploma qualification or above
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, hospitality, client servicing, or related functions
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with China-based stakeholders and management
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, and non-office environments
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional, discreet, dependable, and possess a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
