Job Description: Personal Assistant (Insurance Industry)
📍 Location: Office-based, Hybrid working to be discussed
🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
💰 Salary Range:
- Diploma Holders: $2,800 to $3,000
- Degree & Above: $3,200 to $3,500
🧪 Trial Period: 2 Weeks Assessment Period, will be paid hourly $15
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and dependable Personal Assistant to provide both administrative and personal support within the insurance industry. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving daily puzzles, and can keep many moving parts in orbit.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organise policy summaries and client documents
- Assist with checking, processing, and submitting administrative paperwork
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar schedules
- Meet clients when required for document handover / signatures
- Handle calls, messages, and follow-up matters promptly
- Manage reminders, travel plans, errands, and ad hoc personal tasks
- Maintain proper filing of confidential records and documents
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, meticulous, and well-organised
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
