Personal Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to director
- Manage the director’s calendar and travel arrangements including flights, transportation and accommodation bookings
- Manage director’s email correspondences
- Schedule business meetings
- Manage director’s expenses and reimbursements
- Facilitate communication and coordination by conveying the director's instructions and work arrangements to various stakeholders within the company
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience as an executive secretary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills
- Pleasant personality with good working attitude
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Highly organised
- Meticulous
- Resourceful
- Responsible
- Able to multi-task
- Possess sense of urgency
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict confidentiality
