Personal Assistant (Shipping)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Handle emails, calls, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate personal, household, and lifestyle-related matters as required.
  • Organise business and social events, including logistics and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with expense tracking, bill payments, and record management.
  • Liaise with external service providers, advisors, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and respond effectively to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and manage confidential information.
