Personal Assistant to Director
- Manage Director\u2019s calendar, appointments, and meetings
<\/li> - Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
<\/li> - Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
<\/li> - Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS data
<\/li> - Organize meetings, take Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track action points
<\/li> - Maintain confidential documents, records, and files
<\/li> - Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors for coordination
<\/li> - Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
<\/li> - Assist in office administration and day\-to\-day operations
<\/li> - Support Director in decision\-making with required data and reports

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
<\/li>- 1\u20136 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
<\/li>- Experience supporting senior management or Director\-level executives preferred
<\/li>
