Personal Assistant to Director

  • Manage Director\u2019s calendar, appointments, and meetings
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
    <\/li>
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
    <\/li>
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS data
    <\/li>
  • Organize meetings, take Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track action points
    <\/li>
  • Maintain confidential documents, records, and files
    <\/li>
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors for coordination
    <\/li>
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
    <\/li>
  • Assist in office administration and day\-to\-day operations

  • Support Director in decision\-making with required data and reports

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
    <\/li>
  • 1\u20136 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
    <\/li>
  • Experience supporting senior management or Director\-level executives preferred
