Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support to the Chief Strategic Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
  • Take minutes for management meetings.
  • Coordinate visits and meetings, especially for VIPs, guests, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage local and international travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, bookings, and event registrations.
  • Support project management initiatives by tracking deliverables and deadlines.
  • Partner with other business units to ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • At least a recognized Diploma in any field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can manage multiple priorities, respond quickly to changes, and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
