Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to the Chief Strategic Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
- Take minutes for management meetings.
- Coordinate visits and meetings, especially for VIPs, guests, and key stakeholders.
- Manage local and international travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, bookings, and event registrations.
- Support project management initiatives by tracking deliverables and deadlines.
- Partner with other business units to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- At least a recognized Diploma in any field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Can manage multiple priorities, respond quickly to changes, and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
