As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will serve as one of the primary points of contact for our clients throughout their treatment and recovery journey.
You will coordinate medical care, maintain communication with healthcare providers and insurance companies, monitor case progress, and ensure every client receives the support and guidance they need.

What You'll Do
Client Advocacy & Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their case.
- Build trust and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
- Provide updates, answer questions, and guide clients through each stage of the process.
- Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout their recovery journey.
Medical Coordination & Case Progression
- Coordinate appointments and treatment plans with medical providers.
- Monitor treatment progress and ensure continuity of care.
- Follow up with providers and clients to maintain case momentum.
- Identify and address potential delays or obstacles that may impact case progression.
Medical Records & Documentation
- Collect, review, and organize medical records and billing documentation.
- Maintain accurate and complete case files.
- Ensure documentation is properly prepared to support settlement negotiations and case resolution.
- Assist in building comprehensive demand packages.
Case Management & Collaboration
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and internal legal teams.
- Maintain accurate updates within case management systems.
- Track case milestones and proactively move files toward resolution.
- Collaborate with attorneys, negotiators, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Injury, Insurance Claims, Medical Coordination, or Case Management.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience communicating professionally with medical providers, insurance companies, and clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a U.S. Personal Injury law firm.
- Experience using Filevine, CasePeer, or similar case management systems.
- Knowledge of personal injury treatment workflows and settlement processes.
- Experience working in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
