Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in case management

• Fluent in Spanish

• Understanding of the Injury Claims Process

• Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology

Job Description

• Initial and ongoing client contact

• Requesting medical records

• Scheduling medical appointments

• Managing client's medical care

• Opening and closing files

• Calendaring events

• Resolving PD and loss of use

• Reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medicare for lien resolution

• Preparing files to submit to demand writers

• Providing overall quality client care
