We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and physically capable Personal Support Worker (PSW) for a live\-in position supporting a male client in Richmond Hill, ON. The role involves personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, mobility support, and specific clinical and lifestyle assistance.

<\/div>
Key Responsibilities:
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Assist with personal hygiene and grooming (bathing, dressing, oral care)
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Provide catheterization care (must have prior hands\-on experience)
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Administer medications as scheduled and follow medication routines
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Assist with mobility and support physical exercises
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Provide companionship and emotional support
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Assist the client with cigar smoking when required (candidate must be comfortable with this)
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organizing)
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Accompany client to appointments, gym visits, and social outings
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Monitor and document changes in condition or behavior
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Communicate with healthcare professionals when necessary
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Support meal planning and nutrition management
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Engage client in recreational activities
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Maintain a safe and secure living environment
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Run light errands and shopping if needed
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Shift Details:
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Live\-in position \u2013 overnight stay required
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Friday 9:30 AM \u2013 Saturday9:30 AM
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Saturday 9:30 AM \u2013Sunday 9:30 AM
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Breaks provided during the shift
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Pay Rate:
<\/div>
<\/div>
* $162 per day (Gross)
<\/div>
<\/div>
* $324 per week
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Candidate Requirements:
<\/div>
<\/div>
* PSW certification or equivalent caregiving experience preferred
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Must have experience in catheterization
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Must be comfortable assisting the client with cigar smoking
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Physically capable of assisting with transfers and mobility
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Prior experience in live\-in or long\-shift care roles
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Compassionate, dependable, and professional
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Preference: Filipino nationality, middle\-aged applicants
<\/div>
