Located on Avenida Tibidabo, our third Casa in the city will include a state-of-the-art gym, a full-service spa and hair salon, an 18 m² outdoor pool, a café, and two floors of club space.

The role...

The Personal Trainer is responsible for designing and implementing personalized training programs for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fitness, basic nutrition, and training techniques, as well as the ability to motivate and support individuals with different levels of physical fitness.

  • Assess members' fitness levels and goals through consultations and physical evaluations.
  • Design safe and personalized training programs tailored to individual needs and objectives.
  • Follow class schedules and provide members with information about the different classes available.
  • Deliver group fitness classes offered to members (HIIT, boxing, mobility/stretching, etc.).
  • Monitor and correct exercise techniques during sessions to prevent injuries and optimize results.
  • Motivate and support members to maintain their commitment to their training programs.
  • Provide basic guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional training environment.
  • Stay up to date with fitness trends and new training methodologies.
  • Keep detailed records of each client's progress and results.
  • Welcome members to the designated areas, communicate information about available services, and respond to their various requests.
  • Guide members within the wellness area and provide information about the sauna and hammam facilities.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness in handling all situations.
  • Ensure the gym floor remains clean and that equipment is properly stored after use.
  • Immediately report any issues, malfunctions, or defective equipment.
  • Ensure members comply with the club's internal rules and regulations.

What we are looking for...

A successful Personal Trainerfor Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

  • Certified Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate clients.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules.
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish
  • Ability to work with clients of different ages and fitness levels.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic nutrition.
  • This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
