This role is focused on bridging business needs and technical possibilities within complex ServiceNow environments, acting as a trusted advisor in pre-sales engagements. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, design scalable and value-driven solutions, and ensure architectural alignment with best practices. The position plays a key role in shaping proposals, influencing decision-makers, and identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible, efficient, and sustainable after delivery. It is a highly consultative role that combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and business acumen. Accountabilities:
- Engage with clients in pre-sales cycles to understand business needs and translate them into robust ServiceNow-based solutions aligned with technical standards and value expectations.
- Design and validate solution architectures, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with post-delivery operational requirements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, assessments, and strategic meetings with stakeholders, influencing decision-making and guiding solution direction.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and architectural gaps, proposing mitigation plans and improvements throughout the sales and solution design process.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, technical leads, and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Contribute to opportunity qualification and expansion by identifying new business needs and supporting commercial growth initiatives.
- Solid experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices, including enterprise-scale solution design.
- ServiceNow certifications (CTA required; additional certifications such as CIS, CSA, or CMA are highly valued).
- Strong ability to map business processes, analyze requirements, and translate them into detailed technical and functional documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers in a consultative manner.
- Advanced English is required; Spanish is considered a plus.
- Background in Information Technology or related fields (Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, etc.).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
