This role is focused on strengthening digital presence through strategic, creative, and data-informed social media execution. You will be responsible for translating complex topics such as technology, public procurement, automation, and SaaS products into engaging, accessible, and consistent content across multiple platforms. The position combines planning, content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will work closely with marketing, product, and events teams to ensure cohesive brand communication across all channels. The role also involves active participation in live events, recordings, and real-time social coverage, requiring agility and strong communication skills. It is ideal for someone who blends creativity with analytical thinking and enjoys shaping how a tech brand connects with its audience.
Accountabilities
- Plan and execute the social media editorial calendar, ensuring consistent publishing aligned with brand strategy and communication goals.
- Create captions, scripts, short-form content, and messaging adapted to different platforms and audience segments.
- Monitor trends, industry discussions, and competitor activity within technology, SaaS, and public procurement spaces.
- Support production of short videos, educational content, institutional messaging, and product-related storytelling.
- Participate in live sessions, webinars, event coverage, and real-time social media activations.
- Schedule posts, manage approvals, and coordinate workflows with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions, escalating when needed and ensuring timely engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and propose data-driven improvements for content and campaign optimization.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, employer branding initiatives, and external events.
- Ensure all communication aligns with tone of voice, positioning, and brand identity guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, or related fields.
- Experience managing social media channels, editorial calendars, and end-to-end content production.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across formats and platforms.
- Comfort participating in or supporting live content, events, and real-time digital activations.
- Familiarity with social media tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.
- Basic experience with video and image editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and performance insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and approval workflows in a structured manner.
- Interest in technology, SaaS, B2B communication, and public procurement ecosystems.
