Job Summary
You will conduct pest inspections and treatments, communicate treatment plans to clients, maintain equipment and vehicles, and complete service documentation to ensure effective pest control operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pest inspections and apply appropriate pest control treatments to client sites
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment plans and address their concerns
- Maintain pest control equipment and company vehicle to ensure operational readiness and safety
- Complete accurate service reports and daily logs to document treatments and activities
Required competencies and certifications
- NEA certification
- Class 3 driving license
- Physical fitness to perform outdoor work safely and effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Responsible and punctual work habits to maintain service reliability
Other Information
💵 Compensation Package:
- Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,000
- Additional Pay: Productivity incentives, overtime, and Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
