Pharmaceutical Project Engineer / Manufacturing Change Specialist #HDC

You will play a key role in supporting manufacturing change initiatives, equipment enhancements, and facility improvement projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders across production, quality, validation, and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change control activities for manufacturing and engineering operations
- Manage engineering projects involving equipment upgrades, process optimization, and facility improvements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project timelines and implementation plans
- Conduct risk assessments, impact evaluations, and technical reviews for engineering changes
- Prepare and maintain GMP-compliant project documentation, technical reports, and change records
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to support project delivery and installation activities
- Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities where required
- Ensure all projects are executed in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and manufacturing reliability
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing environments is advantageous
- Familiarity with GMP practices, change control systems, and project coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation practices
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
