We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly and supportive pharmacy team at Ramsay Pharmacy Whites Hill on a 12-Month Part-time contract with opportunity for a permanent position.

About the Role:

Join our team in a unique Pharmacy Assistant role that combines community pharmacy with our growing online business. Play an important role in delivering thousands of online orders to customers across Australia.

You'll be responsible for processing and dispatching online orders, managing inventory and supporting the day-to-day operation of our eCommerce business, while also assisting customers and supporting our pharmacy team in-store. As you grow in the role, you'll become one of the key people driving our online fulfilment operation, helping to ensure every order is delivered accurately and efficiently.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, motivated and enjoys taking ownership of their work.

About You

  • Previous experience in pharmacy, retail, eCommerce or order fulfilment will be highly regarded, but isn't essential for the right person.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work.
  • Confidence working independently while also enjoying being part of a collaborative team.
  • Certificate II in Community Pharmacy; S2/S3 qualifications and eCommerce experienced are highly desirable but not essential.
