Job Summary

Collects blood specimens, according to physician orders, from in patients and outpatients and delivers the specimens to the laboratory for analysis. Performs a variety of duties, which include, filing laboratory results and computer order entry.

Qualifications

High School High School graduate or equivalent and
Certificate Successful completion of phlebotomy program through an accredited phlebotomy program required Required
Phlebotomy experience preferred
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Computer experience preferred
ASCP preferred Preferred
