Provides efficient, accurate and courteous service for PKIMC patients and residents of the Extended Care Facility. Provides accurate and timely collection and receiving of specimens for all patients in accordance with medical center and laboratory policies and procedures and Federal/State regulations.

Required qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Upon hire: National Phlebotomy Technician - National Organization Or
- Upon hire: National Medical Assistant Certification Or
- Upon hire: National Laboratory Tech - United States Government Or
- Upon hire: National Emergency Medical Technician - National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (Vendor Managed) Or
- Upon hire: Alaska Alaska Emergency Medical Technician License - State of Alaska Department of Health
Preferred qualifications:
- Coursework/Training and Completion of a phlebotomy accredited program preferred.
- 1 year of Phlebotomy experience.
