พนักงานขาย Central Patong (Contract)

Position Summary: -

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store appearance, and contributing to the store's overall sales performance.

Job Description: -

  1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  2. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
  3. Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  4. Drive sales by promoting and upselling products to meet sales targets.
  5. Assist with visual merchandising to enhance the store's appearance and attract customers.
  6. Conduct regular stock checks and participate in inventory counts.
  7. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience Sale-Service in fashion, lifestyles, Streetfighter
  • Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
  • Chinese- English. Additional languages spoken are a plus.
  • Must be a good team player, pleasant, service-oriented with good communication skills.

Mobility/Travel

Able to work at assigned store.

Computer Skills

Basic skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Language

Able to communicate in English and Thai. Additional languages spoken are a plus.
