Photographer & Photo Editor
The Photographer & Photo Editor will be responsible for capturing high\-quality visuals during weddings and other events, and editing them in line with the LIVXS brand style. The role involves planning shoots, coordinating with teams on\-ground, and delivering curated, color\-corrected images within the defined timeline. A strong eye for composition, light, and detail is essential.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> 1. Photography (On\-Ground Execution)<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> Capture candid and traditional moments across all wedding functions (Haldi, Mehendi, Cocktail, Wedding, etc.)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Follow shot lists shared by the Creative Director or Project Manager<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Coordinate with the cinematography team and function leads for optimal angles and crowd flow<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Conduct basic venue recce before functions and adjust camera settings as per lighting needs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Deliver SD cards/data to the designated backup assistant after every function<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 2. Photo Editing & Curation<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> <\/b><\/span> Curate the best 300\u2013500 images per wedding project, based on event and package<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Edit images using Lightroom (basic retouch, exposure correction, color grading)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain consistency in tone and deliver files in HD + web resolution formats<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Follow the folder structure, naming format, and WorkDrive upload SOP for delivery<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 3. Team Collaboration<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> <\/b><\/span> Coordinate with the post\-production team to ensure timely handoff of selected files<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Assist the Album Designer with curated and labelled photos when needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Participate in internal review sessions to align on feedback and creative direction<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Keep the Creative Director updated on shoot quality and editing progress.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 4. File & Workflow Management<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> <\/b><\/span> Rename folders/files using LIVXS conventions (Client_Function_Cam_Timestamp)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain backups for 90 days and follow cloud syncing procedures<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Update task status in ClickUp or Notion based on shoot/edit progress<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Key Skills Required<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> Strong photography skills in both candid and traditional styles<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom (basic Photoshop is a plus)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Comfortable working in fast\-paced, multi\-function wedding setups<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Good eye for color grading, image aesthetics, and storytelling<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Organized with file handling and workflow documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Qualifications Preferred<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/span> 1\u20133 years of experience in wedding or event photography and editing<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Portfolio of past work is required at the time of application<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience with album desiging workflows is a plus<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
