Compensation:

• Max starting pay: $80 per follow-up visit and $ 85- $160 for evaluations.
• Flexible earnings based on your availability.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Treat a primarily geriatric population.
• Complete evaluations + follow-ups.
• Create practical, patient-focused care plans.
• Handle documentation (kept simple and realistic).

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Hawaii.
• in Physical Therapy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
