St. Luke’s is a community hospital in Southeastern Massachusetts continually growing in scope and technologies to meet the diverse needs of the surrounding communities. It offers a wide range of inpatient medical and surgical services, with expertise in neurosurgery, cardiology, orthopedic and general surgery. The Emergency Department at St. Luke's is one of the busiest in Massachusetts and recently expanded to include an 18 bed Rapid Assessment Zone.

Job Requirements
Master's degree in Physician Assistant
Massachusetts state licensure
MA Board authorization to practice licensure
American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred but not required
Valid prescriptive authority from both the MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA
Experience in an Emergency Department or Urgent Care Center
Competency in provision of care to patients of all ages

Pay Range:
$90,000 - $150,000The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
