This role delivers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient ID consultation, directs antimicrobial stewardship activities, and provides medical guidance for infection prevention and control programs. Major Duties/Responsibilities to include but are not limited to: Provides expert clinical management for complex infectious diseases including sepsis, multidrug-resistant organisms, HIV, hepatitis, osteomyelitis, prosthetic/device infections, and immunocompromised host infections. Conducts inpatient consultations supporting ICU, Hospital Medicine, Surgery, Hematology/Oncology, Dialysis, and Emergency Department services. Supervises and mentors ID staff, trainees, and interdisciplinary teams. Ensures timely access to subspecialty ID care, reducing inpatient length of stay, complications, and readmissions. Provides medical leadership for the Infection Prevention & Control Program, including outbreak response, infection surveillance, and evidence-based mitigation strategies. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
