Physician Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist (80424)
The Physician Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist supports the full lifecycle of provider recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless, professional, and positive experience for candidates and new hires. This role partners closely with the Physician Recruiter, HR, department leaders, and external stakeholders to coordinate interviews, manage communication, facilitate credentialing steps, and guide providers through their transition into the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, hospitality, and follow-through matter.
The incumbent has access to sensitive, confidential information and must be able to maintain those confidentially.
Hours/Shifts
32 hours bi-weekly, day shifts, Monday through Friday
Compensation
Hourly wage range of $24.50-$29.27. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
