Physiotherapist – Community [LL]

Provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to community-based patients.

Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and monitor progress.

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and injury prevention.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and quality care.

Support community wellness initiatives and outreach programs as required.
