Physiotherapist [Grade I / AHPC] - Aged Care/ Rehabilitation | 5 days/ $7k [0580]

Location: Bright Hill
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6:00PM
Salary: $5,000 – $7,000

Job Description

• Independently manage a diverse caseload, including post-operative, neurological, and musculoskeletal cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Assess patients and develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Conduct reassessments for active rehabilitation and maintenance cases.
• Review and update rehabilitation plans and treatment progress.
• Plan and coordinate patient discharge.
• Participate in service development and departmental initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to entry-level Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, and students.
• Support cross-coverage within the rehabilitation team.
• Conduct independent case management and case discussions.
• Prepare incident reports when required.
• Collect and maintain statistical data for regular reporting.
• Participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and peer teaching activities.
• Recommend improvements to therapy programmes and rehabilitation services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• Registered with AHPC and possess a valid Practising Certificate.
• Possess a valid BCLS + AED certification.
• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in a hospital or nursing home setting.
• Experience in community care and aged care settings will be an advantage.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Physiotherapy or related fields will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
