Physiotherapist

About the Role

Join our team at REACH Senior Service's Senior Care Centre and make a meaningful impact on seniors' lives. As a Physiotherapist, you will support rehabilitation and wellness programmes that help seniors maintain mobility, strength, and independence through safe, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.

Key Responsiblities

  • Conduct basic physiotherapy assessments under supervision.
  • Implement and monitor individualised exercise and rehabilitation programmes.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions, group exercises, and mobility training.
  • Maintain physiotherapy equipment and assistive devices.
  • Observe, record, and report clients’ progress to the supervising Physiotherapist.
  • Educate clients and caregivers on safe mobility and home exercises.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with scheduling therapy sessions.
  • Support health promotion programmes and participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification recognised by AHPC.
  • Eligible for registration or conditional registration with AHPC.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in eldercare, rehabilitation, or community settings preferred.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about promoting active ageing and improving seniors’ quality of life.
