Job Summary:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> As a Physiotherapist \u2013 SPF in the Early\nIntervention Program, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and scaling\nquality rehabilitation services through partner organizations. You will mentor\nfield therapists, build capacities, monitor service quality, and work alongside\npartner NGOs to ensure comprehensive, sustainable, and high\-impact\ninterventions for Children with Special Needs (CwSN).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> 1. Comprehensive Rehabilitation through Partner Organizations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Supervise, monitor, and evaluate\nthe early intervention (EI) therapy services delivered by partner\norganizations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Guide partners to develop\ngoal\-based rehabilitation plans and implement holistic therapy interventions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support functional and\ndevelopmental outcomes for CwSN annually through partner networks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 2. Capacity Building of Partner Staff<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct technical training and\nworkshops for physiotherapists, community rehabilitation workers, and other\npartner staff.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Build and strengthen the technical\ncompetencies of partner organizations, ensuring quality service delivery at the\ncommunity level.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Facilitate knowledge\-sharing\nplatforms among partners to promote cross\-learning and adoption of best\npractices.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 3.
