As a Physiotherapist \u2013 SPF in the Early\nIntervention Program, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and scaling\nquality rehabilitation services through partner organizations. You will mentor\nfield therapists, build capacities, monitor service quality, and work alongside\npartner NGOs to ensure comprehensive, sustainable, and high\-impact\ninterventions for Children with Special Needs (CwSN).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

1. Comprehensive Rehabilitation through Partner Organizations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Supervise, monitor, and evaluate\nthe early intervention (EI) therapy services delivered by partner\norganizations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Guide partners to develop\ngoal\-based rehabilitation plans and implement holistic therapy interventions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support functional and\ndevelopmental outcomes for CwSN annually through partner networks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

2. Capacity Building of Partner Staff<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct technical training and\nworkshops for physiotherapists, community rehabilitation workers, and other\npartner staff.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Build and strengthen the technical\ncompetencies of partner organizations, ensuring quality service delivery at the\ncommunity level.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Facilitate knowledge\-sharing\nplatforms among partners to promote cross\-learning and adoption of best\npractices.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

3. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform scheduled monitoring\nvisits to partner organizations to assess therapy quality, outcomes, and\nadherence to protocols.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide feedback, mentorship, and\naction plans to partner teams to improve service efficiency and impact.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop monitoring tools,\nscorecards, and simple evaluation formats for partner use.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

4. Strategic Partnership Management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Act as the key liaison between the\nEarly Intervention program team and partner organizations on all\ntherapy\-related matters.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with program managers,\ntechnical teams, and partner leadership for strategic planning,\nproblem\-solving, and continuous improvement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strengthen communication channels\nbetween the program and partners for timely updates, issue resolution, and\ncoordination.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

5. Program Development and Innovation with Partners<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify gaps and opportunities\nwithin partner rehabilitation programs and co\-create innovative solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Promote the adoption of\ncost\-effective, context\-sensitive, community\-friendly therapy models among\npartners.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Document success stories, models,\nand challenges from partner organizations to feed into strategic planning and\nreporting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure alignment with organizational goals, budget\nmanagement, and operational protocols for the program.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure transparency, ethical conduct, and full\ncompliance with the organization\u2019s standards and policies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Required Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree in Physiotherapy\n(BPT/MPT).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>3\-4 years of experience in pediatric physiotherapy,\npreferably in community\-based and partner\-led models.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong understanding of early childhood\ndevelopment, rehabilitation practices, and neurodevelopmental therapy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in mentoring and working closely with\nNGOs, CSOs, or public sector programs is highly desirable.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
