Job Summary

We seek dedicated Piano Teachers passionate about guiding young learners through engaging, story-driven lessons that develop musical skills, confidence, and creativity in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Use storytelling techniques to create engaging piano, guitar, violin, or voice lessons that inspire student interest and retention
• Deliver the Curriculum interactively to develop students’ musical skills and foster a lifelong love of music
• Design and conduct lessons with personalized instruction and dynamic exercises to maintain student motivation and engagement
• Set clear, achievable performance goals to help students build confidence and reach musical milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and foster active partnerships in learning
• Organize recitals and showcase events to provide students with opportunities to perform and demonstrate their growth
• Participate in outreach events and roadshows to promote music education and attract new students
• Assess student progress using constructive feedback to celebrate achievements and encourage continuous improvement
• Create a positive, supportive learning environment that encourages student self-expression and musical creativity
• Attend ongoing training, workshops, and professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on music education trends
• Model enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion for teaching, incorporating personal style to inspire students
