    Requirements<\/h3>
    Essential Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Liberal Arts, Humanities, Event Management, Social Sciences, or related field.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • 4\-6 years of experience in programme management, partnerships, or event execution.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
      Essential Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
      <\/div>
      • Background in cultural organisations, festivals, or similar environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Proven experience in stakeholder and partner management.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Proficiency in basic tools (Google Workspace, Excel, presentations).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Familiarity with design tools or visual communication is an added advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
