Piping Designer (AVEVA E3D)
- Develop and maintain 3D piping models using AVEVA E3D.
<\/li> - Prepare piping design deliverables including:
- General Arrangement (GA) Drawings
<\/li> - Plot Plans
<\/li> - Equipment Layouts
<\/li> - Piping Layouts
<\/li> - Isometric Drawings
<\/li> - Pipe Support Drawings
<\/li> - Tie\-in Drawings
<\/li> - Underground Piping Layouts
<\/li> - Piping Material Take\-Offs (MTO)
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Model piping systems based on P&IDs, piping specifications, and engineering data sheets.
<\/li> - Perform piping routing considering safety, maintainability, accessibility, and construct ability requirements.
<\/li> - Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, and HVAC disciplines.
<\/li> - Participate in model reviews, clash detection, and interdisciplinary coordination meetings.
<\/li> - Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
<\/li> - Support stress analysis requirements by incorporating flexibility and support considerations into piping layouts.
<\/li> - Review vendor drawings and integrate vendor package information into the 3D model.
<\/li> - Generate and update design deliverables based on engineering comments and client feedback.
<\/li> - Assist construction and commissioning teams with design clarifications and as\-built documentation.
<\/li> - Maintain project design quality, drafting standards, and document control requirements.
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/h2>- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
<\/li> - 3\u201310 years of experience in piping design within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, Offshore, or EPC projects.
<\/li> - Hands\-on experience with AVEVA E3D (mandatory).
<\/li> - Strong understanding of piping design principles and industry practices.
<\/li> - Ability to interpret:
- P&IDs
<\/li> - Equipment datasheets
<\/li> - Plot plans
<\/li> - Vendor drawings
<\/li> - Piping specifications
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Familiarity with international codes and standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, and ISO.
