      • Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between employers and candidates

      • Track selection outcomes and provide feedback to candidates

        4. Post\-Placement Support

        • Follow up with placed candidates to ensure retention and job satisfaction

        • Address workplace challenges, especially for vulnerable groups

        • Provide counseling or mediation if issues arise between employer and employee

          5. Data Management & Reporting

          • Maintain records of candidates, placements, employer contacts, and outcomes

          • Track key metrics like placement rates, retention rates, and salary levels

          • Prepare reports for donors, management, or partner organizations

            6. Community & Stakeholder Coordination

            • Work with trainers, program managers, and community mobilizers

            • Engage with families or communities to support candidates\u2019 employment journeys

            • Represent the organization in networking events or partnerships
