1. Industry Engagement & Partnerships<\/b>

  • Build\n and maintain relationships with IT companies, engineering firms, R&D\n organizations, and startups

  • Identify\n hiring needs in domains like AI, data science, software engineering,\n electronics, and mechanical fields

  • Coordinate\n campus recruitment drives and industry interactions

    2. Candidate Skill Assessment & Alignment<\/b>

    • Evaluate\n students\u2019 technical skills, projects, and certifications

    • Match\n candidates with suitable job roles (developer, analyst, engineer,\n researcher, etc.)

    • Identify\n skill gaps and collaborate with trainers/faculty to address them
      <\/li><\/ul>

      3. Pre\-Placement Training & Readiness<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Organize\n technical training sessions (coding, tools, domain\-specific skills)
        <\/li>
      • Conduct\n mock interviews (technical + HR) and aptitude tests

      • Prepare\n students for assessments on platforms like HackerRank and LeetCode
        <\/li><\/ul>

        4. Placement Coordination<\/b>

        • Plan\n and execute placement drives, hackathons, and recruitment events

        • Coordinate\n interview schedules, technical tests, and hiring processes

                  Required Qualifications<\/b>

                  • Bachelor\u2019s\n degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related STEM field
